Please do not park in the front of the building and right against the building.

When hauling a load to FW, I always stop and spend the night at your location for my 10 hour break. Yah it’s kind of rough but I don’t mind (I’ve seen worse, believe me) $12 isn’t bad considering there are several restaurants within walking distance and it’s close enough to the Love’s that I can still reserve a shower on their app. Plus I like to throw a little support to a small business.
Prices are honest. Yes its downhill alot but instead of backing up the hill pull forward up the hill as far as you can its not perfect but it's better than backing up the hill. They could block it off for no parking at all. Don't ruin it for others and please pu your trash. Thank yall for this parking area.

To those who complain about the parking being down hill. It would be hugely expensive to level and put in a retaining wall at the back of the property. Parking fees would take a huge leap. Try pulling in or get to the Pilot or Love's earlier. Fees are more than fair for after hour parking, especially when the clock is about done and I am exhausted. Thank you.
