We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We did respond to your emails regarding the FedEx delay and the missing feather, and we understand how frustrating shipping carrier delays can be — especially when you were excited to receive your hat.

Unfortunately, once a package leaves our store, we do not have control over unexpected routing or delivery delays caused by the carrier. We also do not receive guaranteed delivery dates from FedEx for our flat-rate hat shipments.

Regarding the feather, some manufacturer photos from Resistol may show hats styled with accessories that are not always included in every shipment we receive directly from them. Your hat arrived to us from the manufacturer without a feather included.
